Emprez Inc.is committed to safeguarding the privacy, security and accuracy of the personal information it collects, uses or discloses in accordance with applicable laws. Using industry accepted precautions, Emprez Inc. will protect all client data as well as any information related to its client’s activities, submitted to Emprez Inc. by its clients, in accordance with this policy, by the same methods that Emprez Inc. uses to protect its own data and other information related to its activities.
However, if the user has opted into a separate agreement that allows Emprez to store or use personal or sensitive information directly related to Emprez Inc, then the terms of that separate agreement will govern the use of such information.
DETERMINATION OF THE PURPOSES OF INFORMATION COLLECTION
Emprez Inc. does not directly acquire the consent of the employees whose schedules, time sheets and payroll it produces. The onus is on the employer to obtain this consent as required by the current laws.
The information is used exclusively for the production of schedules, time sheets, payroll data and obligations related to this provision of services.

The information collected is used exclusively for schedules, times sheets and payroll production purposes and for obligations related to the delivery of this service.
LIMITS ON THE USE, DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Client lists are not disclosed to third parties. Only those employees who need to view your information as part of their regular work duties are given access. The passwords that you use to access your data are confidential. Passwords stored by Emprez products are used uniquely to access Emprez system, and never shared with any third party applications.
Data is only kept as long as is required for service delivery.
If the users provide Emprez Inc. with, or Emprez Inc. accesses or uses, usernames, passwords or other login information or personal information, Emprez Inc. agrees to make the users aware that the information will be available to Emprez, and Emprez inc. agree to provide legally adequate privacy notice and protection for those users.
The employer remains solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all of the data and information it submits to Emprez Inc. If certain personal information requires correction, requests must be addressed to the employer.
Emprez Inc. has implemented physical and logical security measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use or modification.
Emprez Inc. publishes this policy on privacy and the protection of personal information to inform clients and their employees about the practices that apply to schedules, times sheets and data export through payroll.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
Anyone who wishes to access or edit personal information required for schedules, time sheets and payroll processing must submit a request to their employer. They can use the Emprez App (iOS and Android) or personal dashboard.
